Do you test on animals?

No! We would never allow any of our products to be tested on animals.

Is it vegan?

Yes! PoleSmart uses no animal ingredients.

What’s in your moisturizer?

A full ingredient list can be found on our product page. All ingredients are chosen with you in mind and we only allow preservatives that are EcoCert certified in our products.

Can I put in on my face?

Please do not spray PoleSmart directly onto your face, as it may irritate your eyes. If you would like to use it to moisturize your face, you can spray PoleSmart into your hands and then rub it onto your face, avoiding contact with your eyes.

Will it really make me grippy? 

Yes! PoleSmart is made by pole dancers for pole dancers and we settle for nothing less than exactly what you need. PoleSmart is designed to enhance your skin's grippiness and elasticity, allowing you to defy gravity even more than you usually do.

Apparel

What shirt brands do you print on?
We print on a variety of shirts. Our most popular brands are Bella+Canvas, Next Level, Gildan, Anvil and Jerzees. Of course this means that fit will vary from brand to brand and even sometimes WITHIN a brand. To ensure you get the best fit, please refer to our size chart.

What size should I order?
Our sizes range from XS – 4X. Unfortunately not every shirt is available in every size, but we are ALWAYS working to cover as many sizes as we can.  

What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
All single color shirts are screen printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering. More colorful designs are printed DTG- Direct to Garment, by a third party vendor (hence the slightly higher price point and limited shirt selection). EVERY design is created by CurvyDva, often with inspiration, help, urging and insistence from her business partner, friend and student Doozy.

Will the designs fade?
Some of the prints will fade after being washed. Black prints tend to fade the most, but will still hold up for lots of wear and washes. Washing instructions are found on the tag of each shirt or keep reading below.

Are there any specific care instructions?
Yes, please follow these tips to take care of the t-shirts:


  • Washing: Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.
  • 
Ironing: If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting. NEVER IRON the printed area directly.
  • 
Drying: Tumble dry low or hang-dry.
  • Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.

ORDERING

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express through our secure payment processing system. We transit your credit card securely for your protection and we do not store your credit card information. We currently do not accept PayPal.

SHIPPING

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet L  but since there are so many AMAZING aerialists all over the world that we’d love to see covered in Fleur Wurk by PoleSmart, we’re working on it!  

During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 - 15 business days to ship.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent, once your order has left our facility.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the number of items you order and your location. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart, select your country, and press the “update total” button.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?
Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES.
 Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering or send us an email for questions.

If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at hello@mypolesmart.com for further information. 

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase. We do not have a warehouse or inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

Can I cancel/modify my order?
Please note we print every product when it is ordered. You can modify/cancel your order 24 hours after placing your order, after that we immediately begin processing your order.
